The SCA has adopted a new policy to guide residents in replacing or repairing their driveways.  Written in straightforward language, the policy covers location and placement of driveways, allowable driveway sizes, acceptable and prohibited construction materials, and a checklist of information that must be submitted to request approval.
The policy has been filed for record with the Harris County Clerk.  A copy of the Driveway Policy, and all other Sharpstown policies, can be found on the SCA website Sharpstown Civic.org under the Deed Restriction tab.
