Committee approval is only required for exterior changes to your property. Interior remodels may require City of Houston permits, but are not subject to SCA Approval.

Details (Describe the proposed exterior changes)*
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must submit a site plan (sketch or drawing) that shows the placement of any exterior construction for changes such as (but not limited to) an outbuilding, shed, fence, or patio cover. Dimensions and the proposed distance from the property line are critical. The 30 day approval window begins when the submission is complete!
